Can Ship Smart clear customs?

All of our services are based on self clearance. We will provide you with the documentation required and request a passport from the shipper and the consignee. Once it arrives at the port, depending on the service delivery you have opted for (pick up at the port, curbside delivery, and inside delivery), the delivery party will be contented to coordinate receiving the shipment. Once customs have been clear, you will be able to coordinate pick up or delivery.
