Do you pick up inside my house?Yes, all estimates include white glove pickup to the first floor of your business or residence. We can pickup your goods from any floor of the house but it is an additional cost. Every flight of stairs (between 7-10 steps) costs an additional $100. Elevators cost an additional flat fee of $100.

Do you ship internationally?Yes, we specialize in small domestic and international shipments over 300 miles to residences or businesses. We, however, can only import from Canada and can not ship to Mexico.

Can Ship Smart clear customs?All of our services are based on self clearance. We will provide you with the documentation required and request a passport from the shipper and the consignee. Once it arrives at the port, depending on the service delivery you have opted for (pick up at the port, curbside delivery, and inside delivery), the delivery party will be contented to coordinate receiving the shipment. Once customs have been clear, you will be able to coordinate pick up or delivery.

What if my building needs a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?Yes, we can provide a COI; to do so, Ship Smart will need to be supplied with a Sample COI or a list of requirements from the building. The cost of a COI is $100 minimum, depending on what your building requires.
